اني أصرح وبملئ إرادتي وبكامل وعيي بأنني اتمتع بتمام الصحة والعافيه، وإنه ليس هناك أي مانع صحي من مشاركتي في السباق الرياضي متحملاً وحدي كامل المسؤلية عن أي حادث صحي أو غير صحي قد اتعرض له نتيجة مشاركتي في السباق رافعاً كل المسؤلية عن "جمعية معاً لبنان" من أي نوع كانت / By filling and submitting this form, I hereby acknowledges that I am voluntarily participating in the Event I will be personally responsible for my own safety during the Event and assume all risks and accept full and complete responsibility for any and all damages and personal injury of any kind. I confirm that I am healthy and I physically fit to participate in and complete the race and that I don't have any physical or medical conditions that disqualifie me from participating in this race. I understand that I enter the race at my own risk and that "Maan Loubnan" organization will not be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss to myself prior to, during or after the Event.
